The logo, a unique “picture” for a unique company   
  • The logo was designed in 1995.
  • The name GALDERMA is a contraction of “galenic”, a medicine formulation from the Greek physician Galen, and “derma” the ancient Greek word for “skin”.
  • The two squares convey strength and precision.
  • The South Seas blue evokes simplicity and beauty, while the dark blue represents discipline and rigor.
  • The white “G”, in the form of a microscope, expresses ethics and purity.
  • The tagline “Committed to the Future of Dermatology” was added in January 2007.
  • In 2011 Q-Med became a division of Galderma, this brand now representing the aesthetic and corrective business in the group.

     

 

 

 

The institutional campaign   

The institutional campaign, launched in January 2007, conveys a clear message:
Galderma is resolutely focused on innovation
The concept was specifically created for Galderma and the photography work was carried out by Howard Schatz.

Male and female dancers – some wearing Galderma’s corporate colors – form a series of stunning human compositions, creating a feeling of unity but also of perfection and uniqueness. The eight visuals certainly make a lasting impression…
