I studied Finance & Banking in Poland and France. Prior to joining Galderma in Lausanne, Switzerland, in 2007, I had worked as a business analyst in the water-cooler industry. I knew Galderma through its products and reputation before taking my position as Financial Controller for 3 markets. It is a fast growing pharmaceutical company with innovative drugs and I enjoy my responsibilities.
I’m in charge of business analysis and financial projections. I support the Country Manager Switzerland and the Regional Director for the export markets Austria and Turkey in business decisions. To ensure sustainable growth and profitability, I look after monthly sales and expenses forecasting, financial budgeting, business planning, internal controlling of Group standards and IFRS norms and logistics optimization. It is very satisfactory and motivating to be involved in so many different aspects of the business.
The team spirit is also very inspiring: finance and marketing teams work closely together to reach our targets. Our supervisors provide constant support and guidance to the entire team and they truly believe in our professional abilities.
