“I studied pharmacy and pharmaceutical marketing, then spent four years in sales before joining Galderma in 1998 as a Junior Product Manager. I’m currently Marketing Manager for Corrective & Aesthetic Dermatology, which is a new field for us.
It has been tremendously exciting working for Galderma, as I’ve been here for the launches of most of the products we market! I was Business Development Manager for the recent launch of our photodynamic therapy treatment, which gave me real insight into how to develop new marketing strategies and training programs. Right now, we’re preparing the roll-out of our botulinum toxin product – again a very different market, and a truly stimulating challenge.
Decision-making processes at Galderma are very streamlined, so new strategies can be implemented quickly. I really appreciate the way the management gives us room to try out new ideas to open new opportunities. Teamwork is crucial, because you can’t achieve anything unless you have enthusiastic, motivated and professional well-trained people promoting the products. We are an innovative company, and we are constantly trying to do things differently and better.”
