“I’d had ten years’ experience in industry and two in engineering before joining Galderma in 2002. I hadn’t planned to work in pharmaceuticals, but have never looked back since. Galderma has maintained its human scale, which means each individual is important. At the same time, we belong to two high-profile international groups. I find the field less technically complex than the chemicals industry, but more interesting. Today, my job involves the design and installation of infrastructures and equipment to provide our pharmacists with optimal conditions for production.
I find it particularly satisfying to work in a company that makes products that meet people’s needs in today’s society, alleviating pain in diseases such as skin cancer, psoriasis and acne.
I love being involved in a wide variety of projects, being in a position to find innovative tools, building relationships within the company, not being subject to routine, and working in a breathtakingly beautiful region.“
