The Galderma International Management Development Program (GIMDP) is a 2-year tailor-made program designed for high-potential professionals who already have some relevant experience and who wish to pursue an international career in a successful fast growing Company.

 

Marketing and Finance elective tracks have been developed to fit the educational background, experience and aspirations of the candidates.

After a period of integration, professional assignments in several countries and different parts of the organization will provide you a rounded exposure to various aspects of our business and a particular function in the Company. Experience you will gain in Field Sales and Marketing or Finance will be complemented by customized training. A mentor will facilitate your professional development throughout the program and beyond.
