You will report to the Chief Information Officer and be responsible for providing leadership and vision in delivery of IT Infrastructure, WAN, and end-user desktop services across all Galderma entities worldwide (30 employees – Data centre, Data architecture, telecom and network, IT service desk)
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Planning, development, implementation and maintenance of Galderma worldwide infrastructure to support Markets, Areas, Divisions, Corporate and Shareholder requirements;
- Delivery of services in the areas of data center and disaster recovery operations, WAN operations, network security and services, telecommunications user device deployment and management, and end-user support;
- Provide leadership and foster cooperation within multi-national infrastructure services team. Recruit, develop, and maintain resources across multiple sites and countries as necessary to deliver the services. Maintain knowledge and sensitivity to local employment customs, practices, and laws;
- Define and implement IT Infrastructure policies, procedures and
best practices. Develop methods to measure, report, and manage the service delivery within each area;
- Lead activities for defining strategic roadmap of technical services and technologies aligned to Galderma business objectives.
