Under the responsibility of the Senior Regional Director Asia Pacific, you provide all the administrative, secretarial and operations functions related in order to support efficiently your manager in his activities. In your mission, you will handle:
· Secretarial activities:
o Diary and phone calls: manage and coordinate the SRD AP diary, taking care to screen ahead and to give priorities. Ensure his appropriate information on each appointment or meeting confirmed, with all the required documents,Ensure the screening of all the received calls to optimize the manager’s diary, filtered the calls and ensure the follow-up depending on the requests, subjects treated.
o Meetings and events: organise all the meetings and events related to your manager, ensure the logistical activities such as hotel bookings, catering… Coordinate activities for any regional meetings held in Switzerland or other places, liaising with Country Managers assistants when necessary.
o Travel: book, coordinate travel, manage visa and accommodation requirements for your manager, staff traveling with him and visitors when appropriate, follow-up of the costs and participate to cost savings, confirmed the details for each travel to provide a high quality of support.
o Filing and archiving all the documents related to the activity.
o Presentations: prepare the presentations and reports for the SRD AP considering design and message delivery
· Operations activities:
o Prepare reports based on Monthly Country Managers Reports
o Submit for electronic signatures relevant approval forms.
In your mission, you will have to interact frequently with all the other assistants in the Galderma group. In particular, you will act as a back-up for the VP Marketing and Markets’ Executive Assistant when necessary and during her holidays.

Secretarial diploma, 5 years as a minimum of experience as Personal Assistant or Team Assistant in an industrial and international environment.
A significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
French, English fluent (oral and written)
An additional European or Asian language is an asset.

You are able to analyse information and accurately reduce it to the core content with a business oriented approach.You must have very good communication skills. A good knowledge of MS Office Software (specially Excel and PowerPoint) is required.
