Chief Human Resources Officer
Valérie Robert has been Chief Human Resources Officer for Nestlé Skin Health since March 2017.
In this role, Valérie defines and implements the Human Resources strategy, developing internal capabilities to meet business needs, while ensuring compliance with group standards and processes. She partners with our business leaders, leading the strategic transformation agenda and helping to shape the new culture, so that everyone can execute and deliver on the Nestle Skin Health business ambition. She is passionate about creating an inspiring environment where every employee can thrive and where everyone is engaged in contributing to making our Nestlé Skin Health vision come to life.
Valérie has extensive professional experience, with over 20 years spent in Human Resources. She has held leadership positions in Procter & Gamble and Firmenich, both based in Switzerland and has also worked in the UK and France. Before joining Nestlé Skin Health, she was Chief Human Resources Officer at Archroma.
Valérie has an MBA in Strategy and HR from the EDHEC Business School in Lille, France and is a qualified British Psychologist (Levels A&B). She is also a certified Coach.
Valérie has dual French and Swiss nationality.
