Vice President for Business Operations & Intelligence
Nur Nicholson has been Vice President, Business Operations and Intelligence (BO&I), for Galderma North America since June of 2016. Nur built the BO&I function for the North American organization, now recognized for delivering value through excellence in customer service, cost optimization, and superior business insights to support business growth. During her tenure, she has cultivated new capabilities in Commercial Analytics, Supply Chain Planning & Operations and Procurement to support this critical business function.
A customer-focused business leader, Nur acquired broad industry knowledge and cross-functional experience in Commercial, R&D Product Development and Supply Chain, with more than 20 years of progressive leadership roles, where she consistently delivered business results. With a proven background in solving complex problems in demanding environments and fostering organizational collaboration and stronger engagement, Nur has delivered innovative solutions that consistently supported and improved business goals for Galderma across North America.
Prior to joining Galderma, Nur led Global Supply Chain Operations for Pharmaceuticals at Alcon, a part of Novartis.
Nur holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry from Middle East Technical University, Turkey and an Executive MBA from Texas Christian University (TCU). Additionally, she earned Professional Certification in Supply and Value Chain Management from TCU.
