Nestlé Skin Health to Form Non-Prescription Acne Joint Venture with Guthy-Renker
Lausanne, 24 March 2016 – Nestlé Skin Health S.A., a global leader focused on science-based solutions for skin health, announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement with Guthy-Renker LLC, a leading direct marketing company, under which it will acquire a majority stake in a joint venture focused on the global consumer acne market. The new venture will unite Nestlé Skin Health’s science-based innovation and expertise in skin health with Guthy-Renker’s consumer insights and digital expertise under the Proactiv brand, the world’s leading non-prescription acne brand.
This transaction is subject to competition authority clearances and other customary closing conditions.
