A continuously growing aesthetic community
Over the last decade, GAIN has been committed to educating and empowering a growing global community of injectors through its network of highly trained practitioners. Created by injectors for injectors, its primary purpose is to encourage and facilitate the sharing of knowledge and improve the treatment experience for both patients and aesthetic practitioners.
As the global aesthetics market grows, projected to nearly double in value by 2032 reaching $154 billion,[1] there is an increasing need for high-quality aesthetics education. GAIN’s aesthetic experts meet this demand by building trust-based relationships with healthcare practitioners around the world, providing training to ensure safe, individualized treatments that achieve optimal results. Adopting an all-round approach, GAIN’s training spans aesthetics science, products and techniques, as well as fundamental medical affairs and business topics.
Today, around 800 GAIN trainers around the world educate more than 100,000 aesthetic practitioners every year, benefitting from its platform of aesthetics education on science, products and tools. It evolves alongside the market, integrating key aesthetics trends and launching exciting new initiatives – such as the ASCENT program for rising injectors.

The launch of our AART-HIT™ methodology in 2022 is one key example of this value in action, first presented at the Aesthetic & Anti-Aging Medicine World Congress (AMWC) in Monaco. Our symposium for this event focused on how to use AART™—Anatomy, Assessment, Regimen and Therapy—to deliver a Holistic Individualized Treatment (HIT) for each patient. Since then, AART-HIT™ has become GAIN’s core methodology. We’re proud to witness its ongoing positive impact in the industry, with practitioners reporting high levels of agreement that it is effective for developing personalized treatment plans.[2]
All GAIN training courses are underpinned by clinical science, enabling clinicians to be trained on the latest cutting-edge research, the latest trends in aesthetics and emerging industry topics – such as the aesthetic impact of medication-driven weight loss.[3] GAIN constantly shares this expertise with new injectors through in-person events, hosting more than 10,000 training events in 2024 alone, and through its online platform GAIN Connect and exclusive social media community on @GainbyGalderma Instagram account.
