Delphine Viguier-Hovasse brings strong experience in innovation, brand strategy and sustainability across global consumer organizations. She is currently Chief Innovation & Prospective Officer and a member of the Executive Committee of L’Oréal, the world’s leading beauty group.
Since joining L’Oréal in 1997, she has held a number of senior leadership roles across the company. These include serving as the first female Global Brand President of L’Oréal Paris and Global Brand President of Garnier, where she pioneered the “Green Beauty” sustainability initiative. Her career is characterized by a strong ability to combine scientific innovation with global brand desirability, with particular expertise in consumer insight, brand transformation and ESG strategy.
Ms. Viguier-Hovasse currently serves as a Board Member of the L’Oréal Foundation. She holds an Engineering degree from AgroParisTech and a Master from ESC Reims.
