Already established as the leading pure-play dermatology company, we are continuing to expand our portfolio of premium brands recommended by healthcare professionals – including Dysport®, Alluzience®, Restylane® and Sculptra®.

In line with Galderma’s ambitious goals in neuromodulation, a key pipeline clinical asset is RelabotulinumtoxinA. This product is under investigation as a novel, ready-to-use, liquid formulation of botulinum neuromodulator for the treatment of glabellar lines and lateral canthal lines. In 2023, results from Galderma’s phase IIIb trials demonstrated rapid and long-lasting effect on both.

Alastin is the fastest growing brand in the physician-dispensed sub-segment, offering a range of innovative, clinically tested skincare products that correct, protect and maintain healthy skin for a lifetime.

We have developed a best-in-class pipeline and a track record of first-to-market innovation. A key priority is advancing a biologic monoclonal antibody to address unmet need in prurigo nodularis and atopic dermatitis.

In August 2024, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved Nemluvio^® (nemolizumab) for the treatment of adults with prurigo nodularis and, in December 2024, for the treatment of patients 12 years and older with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis. Nemluvio was granted Breakthrough Therapy Designation in December 2019 and Priority Review in February 2024 by the U.S. FDA – a status reserved for medicines with the potential to significantly improve the treatment of serious conditions.
