Expanding our global footprint with the new Kraków Global Capability Center
We are pleased to announce the opening of Galderma’s new Global Capability Center (GCC) in Kraków, Poland. This strategic addition to our global footprint brings a deeper IT-led specialization, further strengthening our technology capabilities, including AI, and supporting our continued growth.
This move is part of our decision to adapt our global organization and advance innovation as we transition toward becoming the undisputed dermatology powerhouse. We celebrated this expansion with a visit from some of our top executives on February 19, who met with our teams at the new site.
A new global hub for IT innovation in Kraków
Kraków was a clear choice for Galderma’s next GCC: a city that boasts a strong university and technology system and a deep, international talent pool. As we build our teams at this site with IT professionals and select additional functions based on business needs, we’re seeking top talent that embody Galderma’s ambitious, high-performance culture.
Our teams are expected to move into the Kraków GCC by Q3 2026, and we plan to gradually expand our presence in the region over the coming years.
“Our new Global Capacity Center marks the start of a new phase of growth for Galderma. Kraków is a natural home base for our new GCC, with its strong economic growth and technology ecosystem. We look forward to expanding our strength here as we pursue our ambition to become the undisputed dermatology powerhouse.”

The Kraków center will serve as a strategic addition to our first GCC in Barcelona, Spain, in 2023. With the Barcelona site, we demonstrated how this model can successfully support Galderma’s growth, starting with a clear mandate and rapidly scaling into an essential support hub for our global teams.
The two centers will complement each other as they work together to support our global organization. Our GCCs also work in close partnership with our global sites in Switzerland, including our headquarters in Zug and commercial affiliates, business units and functions around the world.
The GCC will be located in Kraków’s tallest skyscraper, Unity Tower—the main building of Unity Center—a modern, premium business complex in the heart of the city, reflecting Galderma’s premium brand and commitment to high-quality employee experience. The base of several of the world’s most recognizable international companies, Unity Tower is home to a strong technology community within a premium office environment. Its 17,500m2 of office and service space span 27 above-ground floors, allowing continued expansion of the site in the years to come.
“Our teams at the new Global Capacity Center will play a key role in advancing innovation at Galderma, helping scale AI solutions globally and supporting our entire organization. Strategically located in Kraków, a strong, competitive market for advanced IT capabilities, this new GCC marks a significant step in our long-term growth strategy.”

A strategic step in our growth
Over the past years, Galderma has completed a major transformation into a scaled, publicly listed “self-care” category leader, supported by a diversified shareholder base and a strong capital structure.
This year, as we enter the next phase of our growth, we continue to accelerate toward our ambition supported by our global scale, breakthrough innovation and a clear, long-term leadership in dermatology.
GCCs are a strategic pillar of our evolved operating model, accelerating global growth by concentrating expertise, fostering cross-functional collaboration and enabling scale, efficiency and excellence. We are excited to grow our teams at this new center in Kraków as we deepen our presence in Poland, an increasingly important hub for technology and international business.
