GAIN ASCENT Summit, our training program for emerging injectors, marks the end of GAIN's first decade
Ten years ago, we set out on a mission to drive excellence in aesthetics with the Galderma Aesthetic Injector Network (GAIN). We are proud to look back over our achievements from the past decade, and how we have built the network into what it is today: a global force for aesthetics education and training.
Ten years of aesthetics innovation, education and training
Since the platform’s inception, we have hosted more than 10,000 GAIN events and trained more than 100,000 healthcare professionals. Beyond leading education and training, GAIN has become a true driving force in aesthetics innovation. The AART-HITTM methodology—teaching how to use Anatomy, Assessment, Regimen and Therapy to deliver a Holistic Individualized Treatment for each patient—is now an industry-leading resource. We built on this foundation in 2025 with the HEAT map, a cutting-edge facial assessment tool for injectors. The same year, we released a groundbreaking report and pioneering guidelines for addressing facial changes after medication-driven weight loss. These GAIN-led initiatives were supported by our 9-month data on treating this new type of aesthetic patient.
Training the next generation of injectors with ASCENT
The final month of GAIN’s 10th anniversary coincided with a special event: the closing summit of ASCENT’s first cycle, our program to train rising injectors. In December 2025, we convened the program’s first graduates and trainers to showcase and celebrate their outstanding achievements. The group hosted symposia covering a range of key topics in the industry today, from the aesthetic impact of menopause to the increasing importance of expressionality in treatments.
“It has been humbling to witness the growth our first ASCENT cohort throughout the program, and to see their accomplishments come to life in each group’s symposium. Their journey is just beginning, and we cannot wait to see where their talents will take them in the years to come.”

Shaping a brighter future for aesthetics
In the first decade of GAIN, we have made significant strides in aesthetics education and training, bringing us closer to our purpose of advancing dermatology for every skin story. We have ambitious plans for the network’s second decade, and look at the future with anticipation.
